Miroku MK38 Sport Over/Under, 12 Ga, 30" Barrels
Renowned for exceptional Japanese craftsmanship and enduring reliability, the Miroku MK38 is widely celebrated in sporting clay competition for its dynamic handling and proven over-and-under architecture. Produced in 1995, this 12-gauge sporting model is fitted with 30-inch smoothbore barrels, 2 ¾-inch chambers, and a 10mm ventilated parallel rib engineered for smooth tracking and target acquisition.
Presented in very good to excellent condition, this shotgun features rich, deep-brown walnut with sharp checkering across the right-hand palm-swell grip and Schnabel fore-end, complemented by its original factory rubber recoil pad. The barrels retain strong, lustrous bluing with minor handling wear at the muzzle end, while the woodwork displays only a faint, light-dependent compression mark on the left side of the buttstock and an expertly stabilized, near-invisible repair at the fore-end iron interface reflected in the pricing.
The firearm maintains an exceptionally tight lockup with energetic, positive ejection, and is equipped with a white bead front sight, manual safety with barrel selector, and fixed Cylinder and Modified chokes ready for the clay course.
