These Terms & Conditions describe the terms under which You may use the Service and purchase products from the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to EP International LLC

  • Website refers to Fred Baker Sporting, accessible from https://fredbakersporting.com/.

  • Service refers to the sale and transfer of firearms, antiques, and related services offered through the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • FFL means Federal Firearms License, a license issued by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives authorizing a person or entity to engage in the business of manufacturing, importing, or dealing in firearms.

  • Antique Firearm means a firearm that qualifies as an antique under applicable U.S. federal law (and as defined by state/local law where relevant), which may not require transfer through an FFL in some jurisdictions.

  • Order means a request by You to purchase goods from the Company via the Website.

  • Payment Method means the accepted ways to pay for Orders, such as credit/debit cards, checks, or money orders.

Placing Orders

How to Place an Order

To place an Order, follow the checkout process on the Website and provide all required information. Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by the Company.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: errors in product information, inability to obtain authorization for payment, or a determination that the sale would violate applicable law.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Eligibility

By placing an Order, You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements to lawfully purchase and possess the item(s) in your jurisdiction.

Age Requirements

  • Rifles/Shotguns & Antiques: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles, shotguns, or antique firearms.

  • Handguns: You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.

  • Major credit and debit cards

  • Checks

  • Money orders

Payment Processing

Orders are not final and will not be processed or shipped until payment has fully cleared. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will result in cancellation and may be reported to law enforcement.

Firearm Transfers & FFL Policy

FFL Transfers

Firearms that require an FFL transfer under federal or state law will be shipped only to a valid, licensed FFL dealer designated by You. We do not ship firearms directly to individuals under any circumstances, unless they hold a valid FFL or C&R licenses if the item qualifies for a C&R licenses.

Buyer Responsibility

  • You must provide complete and accurate FFL dealer information when requested. Failure to provide valid FFL information may delay or cancel your Order.

  • You are responsible for any transfer fees, in-person background checks, or other charges assessed by the receiving FFL.

  • Antique firearms may be shipped directly to You where permitted by applicable law; You remain responsible for determining legality in your jurisdiction.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship firearms internationally. Firearms requiring FFL transfers will be shipped only to the designated receiving FFL dealer.

Delivery Times and Carriers

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.

Inspection, Returns & Refunds

Inspection Period

You are entitled to a three (3) day non-firing inspection period beginning on the day the firearm is delivered to the receiving FFL dealer. During the inspection period, the firearm may be visually and mechanically inspected but must not be fired.

Return Eligibility

  • All firearm sales are final except as set forth in this section.

  • If a firearm is found to be defective or materially not as described during the inspection period and You receive prior written authorization from Us, You may return the firearm in its original, unfired condition for a refund or replacement, subject to the Company's return instructions.

  • Returns are void if the firearm has been fired, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any FFL transfer fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Descriptions & Availability

Accuracy

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, but we do not warrant that product pages are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel Orders in the event of inaccuracies.

Availability

Items shown on the Website may be offered for sale by the Company or third-party sellers. Availability is subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EP International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your Orders, or your possession or use of any product purchased from the Website. This limitation applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EP International LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (iii) your use or misuse of any product purchased from the Website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
