FAQ
what are your shipping fees?
We have a flat rate shipping rate of $60 for each order using UPS Ground.
If you want it shipped with a faster service we can give you a quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards – there is a 3% technology fee when paying with a card, but we accept personal checks, bank checks, Money Orders, bank transfers and deposits. Once the funds have cleared, we will ship your item same day or the following day – depends on when UPS is collecting.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We have chosen to be an online store. Who knows, perhaps that will change, but for now online only.
Do you allow time for inspection?
Yes! We offer a three day, non-firing inspection. The 72 hours start when UPS have delivered the item to you or to your FFL. This service is only on second hand items and not available on new items.
are you an ffl?
Yes, we are an FFL, but we do not offer transfers or collection in person as we store and ship off-site.
Do you accept guns in exchange?
As we can’t see and appraise the item offered in exchange we don’t accept firearms in exchange or as part of a purchase.
how to buy a gun online
Purchasing a firearm / gun online is normally straight forward as long as we follow the rules set out by ATF and your local State.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are buying is legal to own in your State.
In some cases, we follow the rules and requirements set out by the State and not the federal law.
If you are buying a firearm/ gun it requires a transfer to an FFL (Federal Firearms License), or whether it can be shipped directly to you:
As a general guide;
- FFL are required for: shotguns, rifles and handguns made after 1898.
- FFL not required for: any items made in or before 1898, Black Powder only, muzzleloaders, including and not limited to flintlocks and percussion guns, these can be shipped directly to you without the need for an FFL involvement.
(If your States require items made in and before 1898 to be sent to an FFL, rather than directly to you, that is the way we do it – no exceptions.)
For guns requiring an FFL transfer:
- Find the firearm you wish to purchase and pay us directly for the firearm.
- Choose your FFL dealer that you wich to receive the firearm on your behalf and provide us with the details. We need their contact name, phone number and email address, so we can exchange license directly with them.
- When picking up your new purchase, ensure to inspect your item within the 72-hour window and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know straight away and we will issue you with a refund, less shipping fees, once we have received it back at our warehouse.
The 72-hour inspection does not apply to new items, only second hand items.
Here is how to arrange a shipment and transfer to your chosen FFL:
- Find a FFL dealer you want to receive your firearm.
- Contact the dealer and let them know you would like them to receive a firearms transfer on your behalf from us. We will need their name, phone number and email address. You may want to check with them how much they charge for the transfer and the paperwork for you to complete the transfer. The charges vary throughout the country and you are responsible for this fee.
- Forward their details to us or add it to the order if you order on our website. We will exchange licenses directly with them.
- When we send the firearm to your FFL, we will forward the details and UPS tracking number to you and your FFL, so you can track the order and see the delivery.
