payment

Thank you for your business!

To buy on our website, it is as simple as:

  • Add to your cart
  • Go to checkout (remember to use code GI10 for 10% OFF!)
  • Fill out your information and finalize the order
  • Check your emails for an invoice from BillerGenie

For payment, you can either:

  • Use your credit card to pay the invoice (we have a 3.5% credit card fee)
  • Call us to find a solution!

FFL

When purchasing through our website, during the checkout process, you will be asked to give your shipping address, which is your personal address.

Right after, depending on whether your order requires a valid FFL or C&R license, we will ask for your preferred FFL name and email address.

After we have received payment, we will contact them and exchange FFL licenses. When we receive their reply, your order will be shipped, sending an email to notify both you and them.

SHipping

We are specialised in shipping, having done it for over 5 years now and having shipped over 10,000 firearms during that time.

As soon as your order has gone through our system, we start packing it! 

What we do:

  • Clean and break down your guns if possible
  • Wrap each part in bubble wrap
  • Add foam to key points to avoid any metal touching or breaking through the cardboard
  • Fit it in our cardboard box and fill it with more bubble wrap or packing peanuts so that movement in the box is impossible
  • Close the box with our especially strong packing tape
  • Tape all the paperwork and shipping label to the box and deposit it with UPS

We use UPS Ground for shipping on all our items. Shipping takes from 1-5 days to your FFL or home. If you would like a different shipper or faster shipping, let us know, and we can make it work!

All our items via UPS are insured, and over the years, we have lost 0 of our packages with them and have a damage rate of less than 0.03%. In the case that it does happen, we guarantee a full refund for you.
