Crafted in Italy, the Beretta 686 series has long defined the benchmark for low-profile boxlock over-and-under shotguns, celebrated worldwide for their dependable engineering and natural pointing characteristics. Built in 1994, this 12-gauge 686 Special continues that tradition as a versatile sporting and field platform built to endure generations of use.

Presented in very good condition, the firearm features 28-inch barrels chambered for 2 ¾-inch shells with fixed Modified and Full constrictions, retaining 98% of their original bluing with only superficial surface marks. The complementary pistol-grip stock is shaped from attractive dark walnut with a right-hand cast and a 14 ½-inch length of pull, exhibiting a clean, classic profile with minor scuffing consistent with careful, light handling over time.

Mechanically, the action remains smooth and tight on face, operating in tandem with crisp double triggers and strong, reliable ejectors. Weighing a well-balanced 6 pounds 15 ounces, this tidy Beretta delivers an effortless swing and stands ready for immediate service.
